Our team

Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers are essential to Hope4.

    CHAIR

    Diana became Chair in 2018 having been a trustee and a volunteer, and has overall responsibility for the running of the charity.

    CENTRE MANAGER

    Adi joined Hope4 in early 2020 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Day Centre and food bank.

    Jo joined Rugby Foodbank in November 2025 and looks after our volunteer teams and liaises with our referral partners and corporate supporters.

Working closely alongside the team below are five other trustees, eight members of staff and around a hundred volunteers. All are dedicated to making a difference to the lives of so many in our town.
