We think so because we have never seen so many people dealing with homelessness or food poverty in our town.

“I was served a section 21 notice, which is a no fault eviction. With no idea what to do or where to turn, someone suggested I come to the Hope Centre. Thank goodness I did. The staff were so helpful and helped me navigate the housing minefield. They helped me explore my options and then advocated with others on my behalf, including my ex landlord. Whilst not in a great place I was supported every step of the way to make decisions and regain my independence. I was made to feel that I could do it…and I did.

After a few weeks and with the help of Hope4 I was able to move on, with my daughter, to a new home with a social housing provider.

We want to thank (Hope4) for giving us this opportunity for a new start and upcoming opportunities. We don’t know how to thank you for what you’ve done for us but we are so grateful and so much happier here.”
