Enhanced Access Care - Have Your Say

From 1st October 2022, the people of Rugby will benefit from an additional 15.5 hours of additional consultation time which will provide approximately 500 additional appointments with multi-skilled clinicians including a clinical pharmacist, physiotherapists and nurses. There will be a doctor on site, at all times.


Appointments will be available for your booking, between 6:30pm and 8pm in the evenings or between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays. Patients can book their appointments 2 weeks in advance or upto 1 hour before closing time. Bookings can be made through the GP practices or through NHS111. In time, options to book online directly will be made available.

Dr.Byrd, Clinical Director of Rugby Health Limited, the organisation representing the 12 GP practices in Rugby said, ‘The clinics are set up to focus on long-term condition management, chronic disease control, lifestyle support and prevention. We encourage the people of Rugby to complete the survey, so their views will help to shape the format of the clinics.
